No, I'd save yourself the legal fees (you WON'T win, I predict) and spend the money on finding a dentist who is willing to make you look like a cartoon character on Tennessee Tuxedo.
Any provider of service has the right to deny service, as long as the reason has nothing to do with the race/gender of the requestor. I'd encourage you to investigate the subcategory of Cosmetic Dentistry, Plastic Surgery, or Sex Change operations--those folks are specifically in the business of making people look like whomever or whatever they'd like to.

Of course you can sue him, but you have no chance at all to win and may face charges of filing a frivolous lawsuit. Your request goes way beyond a reasonable request. Not only that, it may be against the law for you to acquire walrus tusks. But keep looking; chances are some unscrupulous person will fulfill your request if you have enough money.

This would be classed as a frivolous lawsuit. Walrus tusks would be incompatible both as a transplant item and as a device to help you eat and speak, which are the functions of teeth. Porcelain sculpted tusks wouldn't be rejected by your body, but you would have trouble eating and speaking, and look ridiculous.
If you want to look different physically, grow inappropriate hair (nose and/or ears).

First of all, where would he get such a thing? As far as I know walruses can only be hunted by the Inuit population.
Secondly, walrus ivory may be incompatible with human antigens.
Artificial implants are available. What's wrong with them?

no you cant sue him, we can't make a business do something they don't want to. Unless they did it and it came out bad.
I'd do it for you for 500K, I'm great at welding. But you do have to sign a release form if I accidently make you look better

I get it now. I was at first wondering why this question was under "government" and then it hit me. The government is Goofy Too........(smile) PS don't stop there. See if you can have a horse tail added on to your butt. Maybe you can sue that doc too if he/she refuses to oblige.........

No i'm afraid you can't sue him.
You would probably have to see a specialist to get this type of procedure done, and even then, there's no guarantee.
