OK i have three boys and i kinda wanted a girl at one point or another but i did not get one so i started reading on how it is more likely that you will make a girl or a boy. women who usually have sex when they are at their peak of fertility with in the month and have sex on the first day of ovulation which you usually are the horniest get a boy on the 2nd and 3rd day you usually get a girl. It goes by how strong the ovum is. Boy sperm need a strong censor because they are weaker and a girl sperm is stronger and doesn't need a strong censor to find the egg. Something like that

the odds are against you..

really you have a better chance to have a girl than a boy i read it in a text book once..

my sister has 3 girls 1 boy

my mom had 3 girls 1 boy

my grandma had 2 girls 1 boy

but look into adoption there is alot of needy children out there who need a loving parent/parents

I have 4 of them and I really don't know. Wanna trade? I have a niece who's expecting her 8th boy. Maybe it just runs in families. I have heard that there's a book out about choosing your baby's sex. You have to do all kinds of douches and change your diet to make your system more friendly for boy sperm. Good luck. There's always adoption if all else fails.

I have heard that the farther penetration, the higher chance for a boy as the boy sperms are the quickiest swimmers but they also have the lowest endurance level. So rear entry is the best and also try to have sex close to ovulation.

Douching with baking soda immediately before sex is said to help, It changes the pH in the vagina.
They can also do embryo selection in the case of genetic diseases found only in one sex or the other, if your family is at risk. This is not available for simple gender selection. It is very expensive and there are all sorts of ethical issues involved in using this approach. The embryos are sorted by sex and the ones of the at risk gender are not implanted but discarded.

PS I noticed several people got it backward. XX=female, XY=male.

maybe it isnt meant for you to have a boy. think about it.... 3 girls (1 boy) not a good match. U dont want a boy around 3 girls(he may start acting like one!) But if it meant for a boy God will bless u with one--Good Luck

Well from my understanding you really can't just a boy or girl it's natural people say if your bellybutton is pocked out you are having a boy it's just to according to how your period. Please listen to that person that said keep having sex because before you even have sex you need to be married.

XY is a boy, and XX is a girl. It is totally by chance. It goes like this.

X Y
X XX XY

X XX XY See 50% boy 50% girl. 50/50

Keep having sex and babies until you get a boy, what do you want some kind of miracle? Not gonna happen honey.

well its pretty much 50/50, but i have heard that male sperm are faster but weaker than female so if you have sex on or around your ovulation day youre more likely to have a boy. but i have no idea how true that is so its probably not that helpful, but good luck!
