I like a mid-heel rather than a flat or high heel.

For the health of my feet and back, I prefer casual flats. I make a living standing on my feet. I cannot afford the damage that wearing heels causes. I already know 2 nurses who got bunion surgery this past year.

Since, I'm sort of tall I have to were casual flats but I think high heels are prettier.

I use to wear high heels, not too high though, never! I now wear 1 inch thin heeled sandal type shoes or flats- like flings. I have to feel comfortable.

It depends on my outfit. I like to wear shoes that will set off my outfits. Sometimes it means heels and sometimes it means flats. Also, if I will need to walk a long way, I always wear flats. TG I live in Houston wear sandals work most of the year.

high heels no question. lol I feel ugly in flats because Im short, so the only way I feel good about myself is if I wear high classy heels

I will wear high heels when ever my hubby and I go out or if we are going to have some very hot sex. Otherwise I mostly wear flats.
