I've been trying to find out the answer to that myself. I live in Los Angeles and they blast that horrible crap from their car along with their proudn Mexican flag hanging out the window.

Ive wondered that myself, i live 20min away from mexico and i hear them blasting that s*it all of the time, but I fight back with my rap and metal blasting out of my system. Yell La Migra
