I need more information. What are you trying to attach the video to. Where is the original source video.
If you are doing email, find your attach button, locate the video which should be saved somewhere on your harddrive, select it, click the ok button and it should now be attached to your email. If the video is not on your computer but still on a camera or web site, that is a different set of directions.

You are limited in the data size of your email by all email service providers. Therefore, you need to compress your video by converting them to avi or mpeg 4 files. Once you converted the files, then attach them as attachments.

You attached file file to the outgoing email just like you would any other file. However, you should check with your network administrator to see if your email server can handle size of the file you are sending. Video files can be pretty large.
