Well, that would completely depend on what you're shopping for!
I mean, if you're looking for handmade shoes, then I'd guess maybe Milan, Italy. If you're looking for a kimono, maybe Tokyo, Japan. If you're looking for crystal glasses, maybe Waterford, Ireland. If you're looking for sourdough bread, maybe San Fancisco, CA, US.... You get the idea!

would have to agree with singapore. the malls like takashimaya on orchard, bugis and around the city centre are awesome. great place as well. i'd love to live there one day. melbourne would be second on my 'shopping list'. prahran and the city are awesome for getting nice clothes.

If you are shopping for clothes try Milan but take a platinum credit card with you cos its not cheap but quality is not a cheap commodity, its great and you are in Italy which in itself is a bonus !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!have fun

they say Dubai is the biggest shopping center in the world and is also very cheap. i live in N.Y.C and well u can find almost anything u want here but at very high prices....
