is there a way i can make my hair get long naturally fast

You seem to be asking two questions that are barely related in any way, shape or form. But, you use shaving cream to lubricate the surface of the skin and to aid in standing the follicles in facilitating for shaving them at the skin level. Some different blade designs cut & pull the folical just enough to cut it again just under the skins surface.
As for the hairs growth or re-growth your sex and age have very much influenceon how fast it happens. Even the weather and time of the year can have a subtle effect on hair growth. So be aware if you shave something closely it may be a while for it to grow back completely. And if that spot is down south it could itch too !

Not know anything to make your hair grow faster. But shaving cream helps condition the skin so there is less irritation while shaving.

shaving cream lubricates the skin area to be shaven to prevent razor burn. dont know how shaving cream and hair growth are related, but then maybe i missed something in the last 45 years
