He acted ina lot but if you want to see the best one, its A Face In The Crowd. A completely different Andy Griffith than you have ever seen. The story is about a simple country boy who becomes a HUGE media celebrity (in a time when celebrities never had this much power). His alcoholism and ego run out of control and he self destructs.
What makes this movie amazing iswhen it was made. It totally forshadows the culture we live in today. Check it out. It is on DVD. it's amazing.

He acted in quite a few movies. his 1st movie was called "A Face In The Crowd" it is on DVD. another one is called "No Time For Sargents" & "Onionhead" That's just a few off the top of my head. go here and put his name in their, search engine, and you will see all his movies & Television Shows..
