Kids:
I hope you get this. Sorry for the mess, we were busy building things and didn't really pay attention to how much of the natural resources we were using.
I know it's hot, but even though the tropical regions are now uninhabitable, the rising temperatures have made much of the polar regions tolerable. Granted, there's not as much land because of all the glacial melting, but at least it'll keep the oceans replenished for the new fish that are replacing the species that died off.
Before I forget, the fire in the middle east desert should die down before too long. I guess they weren't expecting one little nuclear weapon to cause that much damage or set the entire oil fields on fire. But, at least you won't have to worry about middle eastern politics, since there is no middle east anymore.
But, since more of Canada is now inhabitable, you'll still have that oil, and with the warmer temperatures, there won't be as much need for heating fuel.
I know what you're thinking. How could we let it get this bad. I guess we just weren't paying attention. With the terrorist threats and all -- no, they really aren't hiding in the closet or under the bed. We took care of them. Well, a few of them, at least.
I have to go now. The global satellite surveillance will pick this up before long. And since criticizing the government became punishable by death, this will probably be the last transmission I can send.
We miss you, and tell your siblings in the creche that we're sorry.

The ONLY way to "save the world" is for the public at large to take control of our governments away from the rich, self-serving, professional liars called politicians, with personal agendas that have nothing to do with running a country in a way that will make IT prosper...For that to happen, we must ALL refuse to elect a person from any political party, who hasn't already proven to care about the public, the country & the world and shows they have an understanding of how to make the big changes needed...If that means we have an Empty Congress, Senate, House of Representatives & Whitehouse, so be it...The messege will get accross & we will have "emergency elections" with qualified candidates...Right now we don't really get choices of who we want in office, unless us choosing between the only 2 others decide THEY want is considered a choice...We must do what the Japanese have done and that is to fight against big government, who's only goal is to get richer off the rest of the population who actually work to survive...Can it be done in reality? NO! We can't get "everyone" together in time...Are we doomed? Is the world really going to end? YEPPERS! We are all doing God's work right now...We are ending the world for him / her and we have nobody to blame but ourselves...My son is 2 y/o and I honestly believe he will see the end of the world, I am 48 & I might see it too...

Keep your world as clean as possible. Respect everything and everyone. Do not harbour hatred in your heart. Forgive. Move forward...Love life and be grateful for everyday. It may not always be easy but find something to be grateful for everyday. Keep a smile on your face...I don't think the end of the world will be tomorrow but if it is...it's been a great ride.

Revelations began the day it was written. God does things in his own time and we probably will not see the end of the world for a very very long time. Much has to happen yet.
