I have an e-mail address in outlook express and would like to add my yahoo e-mail as an other identity

You can't use Outlook with your Yahoo mail account unless you upgrade to Yahoo! Mail Plus. It costs about $20 per year and they will tell give you the server information you need to set up Outlook to work with a Mail Plus account.

You can with yahoopops. It let's you download and send yahoo email in outlook express for free.
