Best Psychedelic 60's band ever to me.

Have been for a while and always will be. It's funny, but the first song that came to mind when I read you is Spanish Caravan. I like the fact that they took a classical Spanish guitar piece and sort of made it their own. And I always thought that the keyboardist, Ray Manzarek, was awesome. He used to have to sing lead while playing complex keyboard riffs when Jim collapsed on stage, whacked out of his mind. Huge task, if you ask me. And Jim was a genius also, goes without saying.

I have every album in Vinyl and CD, would have been cool if I'd been alive then ... I do like anything they have ever done .. I tend to like the more lesser known of their songs though, total die hard DOORS fan here.
