I have been to many many fancy dress parties and dressed as; a sexy nurse, a police woman, a who*e, a prostitute... and many more... i personally think that a sexy uniform can never be beaten... Take your pick!

depends who and why your dressing up
if your going to a tea party with your family i would def say playboy bunny! lol
i dressed up as nurse once that got good response.. ;)
dress up in something that shows off your best assets! some peeps prefer school girl look, others business woman look, go for what you want to wear!
