Of course not. The eggs (from the ovaries) must be fertalized before pregnancy can occur. The ovaries are a long ways from the rectum. Once sperm goes into the rectum, the only place it can go is back out the anus with the rest of the other waste products (poop). Hope this answers the question.

If you could become pregnant through anal sex, most gays would give brith at an alarming rate. The anal cavity is the same both in males and females.
I have yet to see a woman give birth out of her rear end. It is important that you know which is your butt hole and which is the vaginal hole.

You CANNOT get pregnant from anal sex, it's a different orifice entirely. You can get ALL kinds of awful things like torn colon and infections including std's up in there, but pregnancy is not a concern.

I GUESs with body fluids flying everywhere, theres a snowball's chance will find its way to the wrong (right?) spot to cause a pregnancy, but i guess if everything stays up in the poop shoot, its all good

No the semen can still run to the vagina. All it takes is 1 sperm to get pregnant.
