No it doesn't. It's the media out there that makes it like that. Whatever size you are be comfortable with that. And you don't have to be fat to have size D boobs. I know plenty of skinny girls with real boob that are a size d. And even if they are small be confident. If you're good with them then everyone else who isn't shallow will be good with them too. There is a advantage and disadvantage for every boob size so be happy with what you got. And honestly if a guy cares about the size of them then he's not worth your time.

if ur just trying to have sex yes but if its a girlfriend not as much. all my girlfriends have had 34 b which is fine but its not really a turn on id rather see a c cup. it matters physically but not emotionally
