depends on the state that you're living in. it ranges from 16 to 18 in most places. in texas, its 17.

I know where I live, as long as one is atleast 16 and the other is not over 21 (I believe) then everything should be ok. Depends on where you live.

it depends on what state youre in and their laws. i know in texas its illigal to have sex with ANYONE if youre under 17. why would a minor want to have sex with an older adult anyway? thats not really cool...

Even if it's banned in your community or place, it'll happen if you are wishing it to.
All you have to keep in mind is that do have a safe sex and use condoms.
