There are several bars in Northside. Try The Comet or Bullfishes.

You could also go to Hamburger Mary's for dinner...downtown. Good food and service. Friendly employees.

years ago I lived on Milton St. in the downtown area.... There was a pub/tavern at the corner of Milton St. and Sycamore call Milton's prospect hill tavern. It was not a gay bar so to say but that neighborhood is majority occupied by gays.... and is a really nice place that was crowded with folks from the neighborhood.
I am not gay, just open minded and easy going.... Most of the times that I was in there, I was probably the only hetro there! If it is still there, I highly recomend it!

I just saw that someone mentioned Carol's on main street.... I haven't been in there in a long time but they had great food!(Kenny S. was their chief back then) They also knew how to pour a drink!!!!!!! If you go there, see if Mark Adatori still owns the place and tell him I called him silly silly boy! you will get a big smile!

Find a city park and go there after dark. Usually a pretty good bet you will find some like minded folk.
