This is a tough one. Video files are large and create many issues. First thing to check is the person you are sending it to. What is an acceptable file size for them to rec. They should be aware of this regardless if they use pop3 or web based mail.

Note if you alt click on your file you want to send you will see the file size. If it exceeds the limit set by most mail servers I recommend you find a site that host video. If you have any of the major ISP you will most likely have this in your service package. easiest way I find to send small files is via IM. If it is too large I use AT & T Yahoos 360 to host. They allow up to 300 mb. I am sure there are many other sites that are free to host,

For emailing if the file is small enough just save the file and then attach it to your email.

Just attatch them like you would send any attatchment. Just make sure that the person you sent it to has a big enough mailbox if it's a big file.
