Everyone is different as far as when their breast development occurs, so it will happen when it happens and there is nothing you can do to make it happen sooner.

Dont worry it'll happen sooner or later but your sis probly doesn't need 1. ask your mom for a traing bra or a sports bra(JUST DONT STUFF YOUR BRA!!!!!)

i think you should just wait they will grow eventually. some girls mature faster then others so they grow faster then others. i think you should just wait cause boobs don't make no one look better cause no matter what you should think your beautiful.
