I've gone on expedia, travelocity, hotels.com, priceline, hotwire..etc. Everyone seems to know about thise sites, but is there one definitive site which will trully give you the best price (package or separate bookings?).

I don't think one site will always give you the best price. I usually end up searching several sites before I find the best price.
