~~ if you are refering to e-mail accounts--- download a second browser and open one account in each browser. you can download firefox and the advanced browser... they are both free and both will open with internet explorer running. ~~

You could probably do it if you have 2 different browsers (not just browser windows) open.
When you log into hotmail there is a cookie set that says you are logged it. You would have to log out from one account to get into the other if you only used Internet Explorer.
Try it with one browser such as your Internet Explorer for one account and open the second in another browser like firefox.

I'm not sure if it works the same as my accounts on a different website, but if I want two accounts open, then I just open one through internet explorer and another in a browser like Mozilla Firefox. They don't mess with eachother, so you can be signed on as two different accounts.

Easy if you have windows. All you need is the windows messenger your computer came with and then just download the windows live messenger from this site: get.live.com/messenger and then open them both at once

Click FILE, then NEW, select WINDOW.
You can navigate between each of the open windows.
