Most personal dating sites cater for homosexual people, as you can specify you're looking for a member of the same sex. However, the three main sites for gay people are:

www.gay.com
www.outeverywhere.com
It depends on what you want. With Gaydar, you can perform an advanced search and really specify the physical criteria for people you like. However, Gaydar is occupied by a lot of people who only want sex, or they want to play emotional games with you.
Outeverywhere has a greater emphasis on making friends, and you are more likely to meet a genuine person there than on Gaydar. Gaydar has a fun element to it though, but not necessarily long lasting (however, some people have really met through Gaydar).
Bisexuals have a problem, as most sites don't allow you to search (and advertise to) male and female profiles simultaneously.

YES OF COURSE. look under gay n the internet. Just becareful not to give out too much personal info to strangers. Remember that you might meet someone like PLAYANINSTRUMENT and you could get hurt.

ummmm yeh....I would suggest using your preferred search engine and typing in "gay dating". I tried it and got over 24 million hits. Take your pick.
