They want to come and take the pizza & wood from me?Not sure what to do? They also asked me what they could do to make it right?

I wouldn't let them take the pizza, if they insist, take pictures of it before they do. I would definatly let them make it right with you. Management should see how the wood got there in the first place..good luck!

Tell them you want your money back AND a free pizza when they come to pick up the one with the wood in it. Take pictures of it too, if you're injured.

Spit it out. And be thankful you didn't make the pizza and accidentally get a piece of wood in it, and sell it to someone that may want to sue you.

It's called Human error...it happens. Tell them how they can make it right with you and let them do it. If you feel theat they handled the situation right, let it go. If they don't handle is properly, don't go back. If you hurt yourself, I would take a picture before they take it. That way you can show your Dr. what you bit into. Don't threaten to sue or blow it out of proportion...stuff like that can happen when someone else is making your food.
