if your using any type of acne medication use it in the same area like stridex or something like it or if you dont want to buy any of those put rubbing alcohol on to a piece toilet paper and rub on on the infected areas might sting a lil but doing it this way will make it go away much faster beccuase it will dry the oil in the pimpils ok yes its natural just means you have a lot of harmones in your body.

Wash with an anti-bacterial soap...this should clear it up...make sure your dry down there at all times, if need be use a powder after bathing...try Johnsons and Johnsons baby powder, its the best! Good Luck!

umm....idk haw to take it off from the butt..but u can try getting a hot hot towel and put it on your butt for a few minutes ..then u open the poores with your fingers and pop them all...after that u just put alcohol and then put cold water so that the pores can close..i tried this on my face and it worked so i hope it works for u...good luck â¥
