1-go to tools in the menu of internet page.
2- choose internet options.
3- Go to content tag on the top.
4- Choose Autocomplete.
5- Check web addresses, forms, passwords.
6- Click clear forms.
Also, I recommend you to delete cookies and files under "general" Tag.

Open Internet Explorer window.
Click on Tools menu > Select Internet Options.
Select Content tab > Click on Auto Complete.
Uncheck the options to save the items and passwords.

I use a free program called CCleaner(crap cleaner) it clears out your cache mrus and any search from your pc.You could also try EasyCleaner 2.0 also free download from personal.inet.fi/business/toniarts/ecleane.htm

ok i do this all the time lol.
1. you can go to tools at the top of your screenthen internet options. then hit "clear history" then ok.
2. you can click history and right click the thing on it you want off then click Delete.
