Twice a year we get together and there is 5 or 6 of us.. 1 is MEAN
and brings up Mean things about others.. mostly when one person is NOT there to defend themselves. This person is narcissistic and talks about very inappropriate offensive things.
Because the friendships go back to Jr High. most of the others will not, hear of not including her. I have even received a card from one of them WWJD..
I send a card back saying Jesus would not want to hear bad talk and sexual talk etc...
I am getting to the point where I feel I should just try to see my friends one at a time and not mention I am coming to town.
What do you think?

just dont invite her, tell the others that you will not have her over, and just schedule it so that she dosen't know when it is, or simply tell her!

I think you should spend time with her separate then together with all the other friends. you should tell her that if she keep acting mean that you might just decide not to hang around with her anymore. i only have friends that respect each other and if she doesn't act respectful i thing you can tell her piece be with you and to go be with people that act like her.

Is it possible your friends think YOU are the problem and not the so-called mean friend. My suspicion is aroused that some of your friends do not feel like you do.

you know your right alone time with one friend at a time is better. you could talk one on one unless you cant handle it then ur screwed
