i think it could be your pulse cos i get it sometimes and its beating at the same pace as my pulse. does your eyebrow twitch aswel? i also asked my cousin who is a nurse and she says that would be the best way to explain it!

It's very common...you're eyes are tired. Turn off the PC and the Ipod and the TV and the lights and get a good night's sleep. You'll be fine tomorrow.

It's probably from stress and you could try eating a banana and taking a multi-vitamin. If you give your body the necessary vitamins it deals better with stress. Best wishes

it could possibly be a muscle spasm/twitch...lightly place your finger over your eyelid (eyelid closed) and apply light pressure....mine would do that once in a blue moon and it always helped me..

sometimes wearing contacts can make your eyes twitch. If you clean them well, it should go away in a few days.

usually happens more when you are tired or stressed
yuo can try a little extra magnesium in your diet and when twitching try a little ice against it
