I'd say Crest over night stuff. If forgot what it's really called.

Stay away from the professional teeth whitening procedures and from the whitening at home kits. They are using extremely toxic chemicals that can cause IRREVERSIBLE DAMAGE TO TOOTH ENAMEL and premature tooth decay.

Check out this site: http://www.naturalwhiteteeth.net - It's about how you can whiten your teeth 100% naturally. Same results but 100% safe and 1000 times cheaper.

Depends on how much bleaching your teeth needs and how much you are willing to spend. Crest Whitestrips are inexpensive but can cause tooth/gum irritation and can be a hassle. I tried them but they wouldn't stay on my teeth.

If you're willing to spend more money you could try Gosmile. Lots of celebrites such as Cameron Diaz, Britney Spears, Halle Berry...etc use it. It's expensive, but not unaffordable. It's gotten excellent reviews from everyday people as well.
It causes no sensitivity, whitens 4-10 shades in one week(depending on starting shade), and is extremely easy to use. After you've reached your ideal shade, you can buy their daily ampoules that erase the stains that build up so that your teeth stay white.
