People can't instant message me, or if they do, I can't see it.
I can't add anyone to my friend list. I even created another ID but got the same results. Can anyone help me out here? Thanks, Jim

uninstall messenger.. yahoo can be yahell so.. redo it then watch step by step how u customize it check settings and preferences.. some have just who is on the list set up in their list to see -if you share this comp with someone they may have done that..

hi jim, i recently had the same problem. what i did was when i signed up for messenger i restarted the computer, the and only then did it take, good luck

Check your firewall and also try the latest version of yahoo messenger.
