Yes, the V3 Razr has a substandard junky VGA camera, and a recorder of maybe 12 seconds of junky video.

The American V3's really do kind of suck.....and everyone's so stuck on 'em.

yes but camcorder only records for a few seconds (not very long)...

Yes. You can record 5 or ten seconds of crappy video.
