I'm a Biomedical Engineering PhD student, originally from Hong Kong. But my Mom was from Thailand, and I have a lot of relatives (her side) and my sister there. Congrats on making it into such a lucrative and rewarding profession. I am not a into the subject professionally myself, and don't know anyone that is either, but I do know more than the layman about the area.
Thailand, being a developing country, is still in it's infancy on subjects like biomed engineering, but there are a select few companies that are using this lack of competition to their advantage. Approach these corporate giants with your best face, and if you make it in your set for life. If your not sure who to see or where to go, their offices will be near the top of the tallest non-finance non-residential skyscraper buildings in the biggest cities in the lap of luxury. Good luck!
