Call the men in black. That is of course assuming you mean the ones from outer space. Or do you mean the citizens of other countries that are entering the US illegally? If that is the case then I would guess you'd kill them the same way you would kill any other HUMAN. It'd probably be best to call THE MEN IN BLACK for those kind of aliens too I guess.

If there's life out there in the Universe it will resemble us because these energy fields around Earth are what support life and those energy fields support all the same elements. Don't get to thinking evolution has stormed the scene and taken over because it hasn't. With our crazy *** past with all the ancient talking about the Gods in the sky and the lightning flying everywhere, and then we just come up out of nowhere with no recollection of anything more than 10,000 years ago...... that maybe these guys were on to something????
I'm just saying there's something crazy going on and that life elsewhere in the Universe will resemble life here so what's the best way to kill an alien? The best way to kill a human.

Aliens have no resistance to the bacteria and viruses on earth. The best way to kill them without endangering the general earthling population is to expose them to a bad cold.

That would depend on the type of alien,
its weaknesses,
what it is based on,
the type of air it breathes,
you need to be more specific,
and any way, aliens don't exist,
