My parents can't stop talking about how "handsome", I am. Yet despite this, I have never had a girl call me hot or anything like that. It's like every (adult) guest we have at our house says that I am good looking. Are they all lying to me?

Maybe a girl has and you just dont know it... not all girls are bold like that. They could be lieing to you or they could just be telling the truth. I think you should ask someone who can see you what they think of you and take a good look in the mirror and decide how you feel about ur appearance. Dont worry about what they think

No, they're not lying. I'd have to see a pic to give a true honest oppinion, but here's what I suspect:
You're probably a very nice looking young man. This will get you dates in the future (as long as you have a decent personality to match, the first date will lead to sucessive dates)
However, you probably don't have the superficial "cute" that the girls your age go gaga over. This isn't necessarily a bad thing.
Most guys are more sensitive when they start to date (and make better boyfriends/husbands) if they don't have a lot of girls hanging off of them when they're younger.

You haven't met the right girl. Sounds like you are young, lots of joy to look forward to in life. I wasn't called "pretty" until I was 19. I didn't have my first boyfriend until age 17. I was a late bloomer, a bit on the quiet side. You are also beautiful. Concentrate now on education, making money, being kind hearted. You'll have more to offer to a girl than others in the future, and be a keeper. Your day will be here sooner than you think.

No, they're not lying. That's just something adults like to do.
I personally have 2 sons and a daughter and sometimes when I look at my children, I just can't believe how handsome/beautiful they are and just have to tell them.
Enjoy it when you can. It won't always be like that. And just because girls your age don't tell you your hot doesn't mean you're not. Sometimes girls are shy or just don't know what to say or don't realize that guys like to hear they look good, too.

No, but they see you differently then girls do. Just like, how old are you, maybe girls are not ready to see you that way, or maybe you project a poor self image, which they pick up on, and that affects the way they see you. Think you are good looking, and others will follow, dont be sure,and niether will others.
