If it's 'your' question, you can point and click at the window on your right for your question and it will ask you if you are sure you want to delete. You can respond accordingly. However, if you are trying to delete someone else's vulgar question, I don't think you can. You can access the comment section to report abuse and write your details and/or you can access the person who wrote the question and make a comment directly to them.

If it's your own, click on your avatar to get to your profile, remove it from there... (it will still be grayed out)
If it's someone else's you can report abuse, but that doesn't always mean anything.

You can't. You can only report it and Yahoo will remove it.
