you take the pizza up to the desk. keep the wood its not sanitary. report this possible call a lawyer. i don't believe in alot of suing but, had you choked on it would they care??? you would most likely get a free pop and another wood pizza crap on that. id never eat their again. wwod????????????? most of the time its hair thats gross too. but not a sueing issue.

Please, sue for a piece of wood!!!! Don't be ridiculous. Spit it out and tell the manager about it.
You would not know when you get a cockroach in a pizza, so why make a scene about a harmless piece of wood.

throw it out. if you are thinking of suing, you are a jack. you can report it to the manager, but law suits bring out the worst in everyone and just feed your nasty lawyer. move on. If you knew the crap that was in the food you ate everyday you'd be disgusted. a piece of wood ain't nuthin'!

call them up and tell them what happend and ask to speak to the manager and they will probably bring you a new pizza, free of charge.
