No he shouldn't that's his own sister. Having intercourse with your sister is bad thing. What should do is think about a girl at school he likes. When you find out he has a crush. Bring her up all the time when starts thinking about sister ok.

tell him he needs to think about where these feelings are coming from and tell him that his sister may be very beautiful but he should realize that it doesn't matter b/c she's his sister and he should be lucky that he has such a pretty sister, plus if he lets anything happen things will always be weird between them and that would be sad that he would just thro away a relationship that close.....not to mention that's gross and he probably needs pro help

Confused.... yes and no. He really shouldn't sleep with his sister, but you know, in America incest levels are pretty high, since kids are always experimenting with their brothers/sisters/cousins and all that.
Well... he shouldn't do it but to each his own. He should look at what attracts him to his sister and try to find a girl like that.

Yes, I believe he's very confused. That is just creepy. I am pretty open minded, but when it comes to people dating thier siblings/cousins or anything to do with children, I just don't think is right. *shivers*
