This is something I have always wanted to do, but I have no idea who to contact or how to get in touch with a band who needs to hire someone to work for them. I would soo appreciate any input!

If you've ever been to Laughlin Nevada...On "Harley" weekend they have alot of outdoor concert's! Especially in front of the "Flamingo"! And everyone including band members are all snockered off their butz!! I would go to one of those "Harley" weekends, which are always in April, about the second week of April, I know cuz I use to live there! However, just go under one of those outdoor concert's and start talking to anyone by the stages, and see if anyone will allow you to talk too, any of their "Roadeez" their the guys, that load & unload for the bands! Hey, even the "Roadeez" could probably just hand you some T-shirts, just ask them! Tell them you'll do anything "Legal" to help! Good-Luck, Honey! Check with the bands management to see if they have any employment opportunities.
