You will have to check the local ordinances but not typically. Only if you start making massive numbers of sales or are making a huge amount of money.

Local ordinances may prohibit it, but that's not overly likely. In most cases an internet business is described as a "home business" which in itself relieves many of the limitations of the zoning laws.

No, because you are conduction business on the Internet. If you were selling things out of your home it might be questionable.

I don't think so. As long as you don't have high traffic coming to your house. I don't even think they would know you had an internet business unless you posted in on your door.
