nope. not that I heard of. X-Pac is still alive. So is Chyna.

In terms of DX, the only member who has pass away was the great Ravishing Rick Rude. One of the first members of DX (the other were the co-founders HBK and HHH, along with HHH's bodyguard Chyna), Rude was the primary bodyguard of DX and helping DX out with their "problems" (taking out wrestlers before the match and others). Along with Chyna, he was also the other mute in the group, wearing only a suit and carrying a briefcase while doing the dirty work if needed (in comparison, HBK and HHH were doing there part to make Vince and Sgt. Slaughter mad while Rude and Chyna were backups just in case). Rude was "inadvertently" kick out of the group for some reason but the real story was that Rude was going to WCW, so WWE made that storyline to get Rude out. Rude departed the group before they became a worldwide phenomenon and became one of the most dominant force in Sports-Entertainment. Rude pass away on April 1999 of a heart failure (I think), long before the first reunion of DX back in 1999-2000.

Yes, the Ravishing Rick Rude. He was a part of the original DX but I can't remember why. I think he was there lawyer or bodyguard or something.
