Being in the book business, I can verify that there is no onsale-date/publishing date for this book as yet. The date 07/07/07 is a rumor only at this time.
Today’s (26 June 06) City Paper quotes J.K Rowling herself as stating:"I am feeling sad as it is the last one. But so far, so good." But when pressed on when the book would be ready for publication would only say "I'm doing well I think. You can never really tell till you get near the end. I am not quite there yet."

it's coming out in next year(2007) and harry potter 5 is coming into theaters this year in like november i think and harry potter 6 is coming to theaters in 2008

She's still writing it but I think it supposed to come out in June or July of 2007.
