make a movie about my most embarrassing moment, because if I publish my diary then every one would know all of my embarrassing moments and all of my top secrets instead of just my most embarrassing.

People with diaries nowadays often use online weblogs. Subsequently, their diaries are "published", though not in the literal sense. Since I'm one of those people, I'd rather do the former.
