in your print settings there should be an option to fit to page that should remedy this problem... in essence the picture when printed would be larger than 1 page so you have to force it to print on one page

If the picture is getting cropped in one or two sides - then resize the output in your printer properties.
But if randomly part of picture is missing - just print it and see if same area is missing in prints too or not. If prints are ok - check/re-install display driver or your software. If prtints too are bad - reinstall software/printer driver.

maybe you can simply try to print the picture using landscape settings instead of portrait.
