rudeness

I am most annoyed when I am turned down for a job, that I know I've acquired experience and training for. My problem is the race issue. Employers are afraid of hiring someone who is Black [African American], because the boss is wondering if I can attract $$$. It's annoying and discouraging that my age is also considered a deterrent. Now that I have been laid-off, my disability payments are barely $1,00.00 per month and is too much money to be considered for food stamps. Seems everybody can get assistance and I can't. Then, the only way I can get GR is if I'm being evicted from my apartment. I was told to call them when I no longer have a place to sleep. LOL.

I think many people would agree that being lied to is the most annoying and most damaging thing a person can do. When I am lied to I feel betrayed and I really get annoyed when someone lies about something stupid, because they do not realize how much damage a small lie can cause. We always remember when a person lies or betrays our trust and it is something that will not be forgotten. If people just told the truth it would be less of an ordeal. I believe that honesty is what brings people closer and lying about stuff that is not important is a waste of my time.

Having the knowledge of the ignorance of the rich people. Life could be less suffering concerning the poor people in countries that is full of people dying from starvation and need of urgent medicine. The are millionaires, and off-course they are aware of this, but they don't do anything about it. It really annoys me to know that these rich people are just seeking for more $ or retires, and not helping these poor people.
I experience this annoying thought almost every day just by watching the "save the children " on TV and by walking on the streets and see homeless people , or people who are so poor (in NY)that they depend on collecting cans to buy some food. And trust me, getting annoyed , without getting any revenge, get me even more annoyed. In other words, i get more annoyed when i know that i can't look for these rich people and ask them or beg to donate. ( I have tried a bit with helping, i am sponsored in Save The Children, and i earn the minimum wage).

The lack of thought and consideration of what's TRULY RIGHT! A pastor had me, almost MADE me go through a Saturday of feeding the poor, to get me to understand what I'd never heard before, that,"YOU HAVE to take ALL the steps from A to B to C, all the way down the line to Z..." I APPRECIATE that SO MUCH, because, It's not just in RELATIONSHIPS, but in LOGICAL and RATIONAL decision making, on MAJOR and MINOR actions that make a difference in the end result of YOUR life, and OTHERS at the SAME TIME. Love and Forgiveness Always.

Some things that annoy me are: People who have the worst smelling breath ever always have the biggest secrets to tell and must whisper it to you so no one else finds out, people kicking the chair im sitting on or their chair which just happens to be touching mine, bums who walk around asking for money for food and they have the same amount of change in their hand from when you saw them earlier and gave them some, people who walk around selling things like phone chargers knowing that everyone who has a cell phone has a charger to go with it, people who stare while im eating, people who call me and say hello like 4 times becuz they really dont have anything to say they just called cuz they were bored.

The way people throw temper tantrums over nothing. For example. My mom blew up at me because i wasn't wearing shoes while i was mowing the lawn. and even after i stop the lawn mower and went to the house and put my shoes on then an hour later finished mowing the lawn i was still getting bittched at for not wearing shoes on the lawnmower. its the simple fact the people bittch just to ***** so they can start an argument and win and show people that they acculacly know what they are talking about (though not really).

Ignorance

2006-07-06 22:40:10 · answer #9 · answered by nimesh 4 · 0 0

Annoyance is a state-of-mind, part of our emotions, like frustration and anger. Many of us get annoyed at something trivial but in fact we are annoyed at something far deeper.

For example, I may be upset because my boss yelled at me. Unable to express myself I become annoyed at the way my lunch partner sips there drink, and so yell at them.

Lol .. this is actually the cause of most road rage.

So instead of having road rage, be a Road Sage.

Instead of being annoyed at another realize that you are more than likely annoyed at yourself. Find out what that is, and you can also find a way to rid yourself of it.

I am a cashier at a gas station and what really annoys me is balled up money, saying thank you to the customer and they reply yea. holding the door for someone and then they don't say thank you. I am getting where I do not want to be polite any more.
