It's a magic trick. They use wires, and when done outside they will cut to a fake audience reaction.
Penn and Teller actually did the trick as Blane and Angel did...and showed how it was all done. It's really more camera trick than live magic.

Yes ,it is possablybut only with high power electro magnetic fields. Thats how highspeed maglev trains work.
