You have to appeal to their personal self-interest. For example, Republicans declined to hold Congressional hearings on executive branch involvement in rendition, torture, or warrantless wiretapping. But when the FBI raided a Congressman's office, they suddenly became very concerned about the administration's disregard of Constitutional protections. House Judiciary Committee Chairman James Sensenbrenner Jr. (R-Wis.) scheduled a series of hearing on it; he called the first one "Reckless Justice." Go figure.

Republicans understand that our Freedom came at a high cost.
We respect that freedom and fight to keep America from being destroyed by Liberals and the media.
"supporting canceling the constitution and supporting genocide and anti Freedom Measurements worldwide" is so very Liberal thinking, and that thinking is always miss-leading and not informed of what real Americans cherish.....
~Liberals always generate the exact opposite of it's stated intent....when their plan blows up in their faces, they blame their own failure on "the vast right wing conspiracy".
Republicans love America, our troops, our FREEDOM and we respect our president.
America, home of the FREE...BECAUSE of the BRAVE.

I usually beleive, around the world that one of the main cause fo the right to come into power is due to the lefties...
If really you are talking about Freedom.... Then here is my take on it.
I still can't get that in Europe, Canada and other very progressive places, we allow people from a certain religion promote their messages of hate in front of our very eyes and that these government don't do anything about it.....
I can't stand that feminists can walk during a demonstration along with women wearing a Burka....
I Don't get that left will promote increadible double standards that contradict the values I stand for ; Freedom of expression when our pregressive governments give credence to groups who gain the rights to take them away from others...
There are major issues in the world and it seems that the political wings have lost their wings to fly and do something about it.
We need a health car system that works in the USA...
The Left wing is too virtueous and are trying to address too many issues at the same time...
I am more concern with Human Rights and religious Freedom and especially Freedom of Press than even the environment because if we can censure those, we won't know what is really happening in terms of ecological issues...
But human rights in the name of religion is taking too much space, is financed by foreign interests and is really have a stealth effect and all that is supported mainly by the Left...
I am concern about the future of my children and this country, the USA was built on FREEDOM not virtues... It prospered through the acklowledgment of its mistakes and its audacity to defend the most noble principles and dreams... and I am sorry to say that if Mr. Big Brother is coming in... it will be because leftees allowed it to come in !

Republicans not supporting the Constitution? News to me. Isn't it the liberals who want to change it by revoking the right to bear arms and adding gay marriage? AND, isn't what is happening in Iraq and Afganhistan an attempt to instill democracy and freedom where there was none before???

i've got not got faith you're being honest. i've got got here across liberals to be people who in lots of situations motel to censorship tries whilst their fallacies are puzzled, like this censorship attempt I won in an e mail this morning from a liberal who responded this "question" and calls himself Bush Lied hundreds of thousands Died: "Message: you're a valueless piece of ****. thankfully for genuine people like myself you valueless products of **** have not any potential what so ever. once you progression out of your mothers and fathers dwelling house and get a real pastime you will comprehend the way issues artwork interior the genuine international. Now wipe the spuge off your face and close the **** up!" As you may of course see, this liberal hates freedom of speech, as do each and all the liberals i've got seen shouting down conservatives at infinite college campuses. Your inference that Conservatives are predominantly people who hate freedom of speech is laughable. and that i merely observed which you do no longer enable people to deliver you emails. that's being somewhat a hypocrite...

First of all, Republicans don't have brains. They have microchips that are programmed by the Republican party to make them respond like robots to their party's whims and nod their head in agreement to everything that George W. says or does. The microchip also has programmed responses to questions such as "Why are we still in Iraq?". Response, "We must stay the course".
I admire and agree with what you want to do but unless you know how to reprogram these microchips I am afraid that you will fail miserably.

i'd like to see how long the constitution would last if those thinking like you ever gain power. you are for free thought and free expression as long as it is an attack on the United States. How you can help me is by exercising your right to move to a different country.
thegropenato...well that's certainly an intelligent comment. obviously the product of a fine liberal mind.

I think you should educate yourself as to why Republicans do what they do...you seem to be ignorant and quick to label them. Maybe in the course of learning about Republicans you can share why you disagree.
Labeling and being divisive will not solve anything. Make that your first step and you'll be on your way to an honest discourse with Republicans.

Maybe you should start with the "liberals" first. They are no angels when it comes to our privacy and rights. They want to tax us to hell and back (they feel entitled to the money I make somehow, I guess because their intentions are just SOOOO good and noble), and as long as something is for "our own good," they have no problem sticking their noses into our lives.
