I think they should have their private parts cut off... if they can't be responsible with them then they shouldn't have them.

I believe that rapists should be chemically castrated, and if that doesn't work, they should be surgically castrated, and put into hospitals, long term, for intensive shock therapy. If nothing else works, I think they should be gang raped, over and over again.Always try the simpler, gentler way first.

Times have changed a lot, there was a time that stealing a horse was considered worse than raping someone. I do not think that rape is as bad a Murder, and I think that rapist have a serious problem. If the rapist is mentally retarded, what would be the punishment? I believe the Government has the confidence of the people to decide this matter. Myself, I am glad I am not a judge, and do not have to pass judgment. Mutilation seams really harsh for invasion of personal privacy. I will allow judges to decide.

I think that the appropiate punishment for rapists is prison for at least 5 or 6 years becuse they shouldn't do that 2 women when they know that they r usually stronger then the women ,sometimes it ruins the womens whole life because she will stop trusting any man .So thats what i think is a appropiate punishment for rapists.

There is no appropriate answer to this...All rapist NEED and one day will be exterimentated The high courts have to see that "they are not real humans" and we will have a can of RAID for each and every one of them.
BTW: Rapist only use sex as a tool if you cut off their "tool" they would only find another to use. No.. Raid in a can is the only way!
AND we all should use our AMBER website to find them in our community & let them know we know where & who they are.

Yes I agree, amputation of the penis. They can urinate like a woman then! And life in prison as they will carry on with their atrocious deeds using additional objects. For them it is about the power, not the sex.

a real rapist wowuld just rape you with an object at that point its not about the sex - I'm torn I don't think you can heal these creeps so you have to prevent their ever returning to society - death or life w/o parole.determined by ages of victims and level of violence

I too think that they should get their junk cut off. The person should also get raped himself so he knows how it feels. The punishment should fit the crime is my opinion.
