NO! It does not work (for me anyways) so far all I've seen are fake and or just don't read responces from woman, Yes I'm guilty of the insane hope I can't seem to shake, I keep chating but fewer and fewer as time goes on. It is not recomended if you are an honest person or someone with an exsisting low selfesteem, a lesson I would rather not have learned.

i found this amazing woman in a yahoo chatroom, we spoke for over 6mths, i live in the uk she's in usa. anyway we fell in love online saw each other via webcam 24/7 and eventually she came here and we are now engaged and we are all now thinking to move back to the states. We just connected and from talking so much on the internet it lead to phonecalls(not cheap OMG hahahah) she has been here now for 5mths and we both have kids 2 and its worked out perfect............Yes we did get negative advice from ppl including family not a good idea etc, there are freaky ppl about etc. But then thats life anyway, aslong as you are safe and trust and love one another and are both doing it for the same reason LOVE then go for it. The distance between us was abit scary at first but now we are 2gether its so great....Yes it really can work and like any relationship you have to work with it too....

Yeah.kinda!
I REALLY liked this guy.We had so much in common,or
so I thought! He had a great sense of humor, and we liked alot
of the same things. We e-mailed each other every day,for a
long time. I sent him a photo of me,and he didn't send one of
himself. We finally met in person and he was Very Handsome!
He was just as nice in person,as on the 'net.THEN-- he
informed me he was still married! Talk about being disappointed! Not only that---he was married to the same woman
he had married the first time! Twice to the same woman! :(
After that,we never spoke again or e-mailed!

omg I had a really bad bad experience with an Italian man. He became a stalker. I thought he was a really nice genuine sincere man and I thought he would be a friend for life. He then became obsessive and controlling. He constantly barraged me with texts emails and telephone calls. My life was turned into a living nightmare. I had to seek police help. Having friends on line is good fun but don't give away your personal telephone numbers I learned my lesson the hard way.

I did and I was actually in love with him not only before we met but before I even heard his voice on the phone. We were married within six months of meeting in person and we've been married for almost eight years. Are we the exception or the rule? Probably the exception, but it happens and I'm glad it happened to me.

yes, well, a crush formed right away, but he lived in Hawaii, and I live in Los Angeles. Months went by and we bagan to talk on the phone and email.....I decided to take a trip ...to Hawaii, that's how much I liked the person I was emailing.

That was almost 3 years ago. He has since come to visit and has invited me back to Hawaii, one day. So, even though there was not a love connection made, there was something about him or us that brought us together, and made us friends.

It's not happened to me but I've met people that have fallen in love over the Internet and are happily married.

This did happen to me... Actually I'm still in love with the guy. But the sad fact is, I'm sure he doesn't feel the same way towards me. However, he did invite me to over to France where he lives... But our relationship is based on friendship and a bit of flirting.

I know several couples who have met on the net and are now married with kids. The net is just one step towards flourishing relationships as people also tend to call and use traditional mail post as further steps to getting closer.

Yes it can happen and if you are open, honest and yourself then it can be just as successful as bumping into someone at a party. I found on the net that people feel more comfortable and will open up and the basis for any good relationship is friendship.
