We do every day. Look at your watch. Wait 5 minutes and look again. YYou have just traveled.

It is physically not possible. Time is a velocity "c". This particular speed is the basis of all physical existence in our universe. It is the singular speed that every form of mass and energy relate to. Our physical composition is that of "time" and there of no manner of escaping it, for we cannot escape ourselves. There is no machine able to be made that would bring about an effect, nor any energy source able to do the same - it is all of physical time composition, and that is all it is able to deal with.
Time is not an abstract thought. The c2 value in E=mc2 is not just a particular number. That value has representation in a frequency that very likely is that of Planks constant. It is part of a wave, that put together, forms all mass and energy forms. It is a particular form of energy that is unable to be altered in any manner by us. It always moves onward through space as being the same frequency as when first propagated. It is the lowest common denominator of all energy forms.
So you see, we are really limited to what we are able to do. Of course we can reason any manner we wish to, but following the concept of time travel to a place where you seek to actually try to build such a thing shall be a "waste of time".

The question revolves around two underpinning thoughts. Can our bodies/minds as a unit be made to travel at will to a designated spot either in the past or the future, in time. Or can our mind alone be able to travel forward or backward in time?
I believe the mind often does this. Sometimes a person will receive a prophetic dream that allows them to see into the future. And our memories of past events often allows us to "travel" back in time. Now, since the body seems to be so tied to this physical universe, I don't believe it will ever make the journey. Also, isn't film another way of preserving the past? And isn't the future always onrushing towards us, second by second, even as we speak? Thanks for a good question.

If the Rapture is put off for a long time and with the way technology keeps evolving it is very possible that someday time travel could be possible. But hopefully it won't, because with people traveling to the past they can change the events and the future could be screwed over. Its best to leave things as they are.

According to Stephen Hawking, time travel is possible, we simple lack the technology at this time to do so. It is possible to travel forward in time. Relativity shows it is possible to create a machine that will jump you forward in time. Althought we cannot do this today, it is just a matter of engineering - we know it can be done.

I think yeah but not in the near future like in 500 years yeah i think nothing is impossible for example space travel, going to the moon seam impossible for us in the beggining of the 1990's for us thats now possible

Actually time travel is possible but very difficult. It is only theories but first you need to rip a worm hole and alter the time space continum. But based the albert einsteins E=mc2, energy changes to matter and vice verca. In other words, matter needs to be materialize when we turn to energy or else it wont work.

I have a strong conviction that in eternity we will be able to travel at the blink of an eye.

No. I believe that the human race is self limiting, meaning that we will wipe ourselves off this planet long before we have the capability to travel in time.
