If it is not worth a lot now, try to keep it in mint condition. You can put it in a sealed ziplock bag & keep it in a safe place.
Go to a search engine & type in collectors. They can probally tell you how much it would be worth.

Not a lot. You can buy it on this website http://www.oldlifemagazines.com/browse.php?browseyear=84 for $19.99 so if you were hoping hundreds/thousands, I don't think it would go for that much.
