hie! forget all the answers given to you till now. the exact reason is that there is the voltage problem with your fleur.light. the choke or the inductor which is used to step up the voltage is not working properly or might be that you have not used the right voltage rated fleuor.light. that is, if the choke is made for 40W light, you might be using it for 20W light. in a word, at the end, the light is getting a voltage higher than it is designed for. as a remedy, you can replace either choke or the light. choice is yours. but you would surely like to go for the light as it would cost you less.
try this and i be sure that this silly problem will never occour again!

It may be having problem of choke or electrical loose contact.Get it repaired before it burns your house and you will have real music to dance.
