im going into high school and im gonna be on the cheerleading squad! i want to lose weight before school starts so i'll look better! school starts august 12! plzzzz sombody have a way for me to lose about 15-20 lb. before school starts!!!!!! plzzzzzzz! HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sometimes keeping a food diary can help. Sometimes we don't remember how much we have snacked on during the day. The food diary can help you see if you are snacking excessively or help you see a bad habit.

If snacking is your problem you can look into a couple of options. You can cut down on your snacking or plan for healthier snacks. Don't drastically change your diet unless you know that you can stick with it. Otherwise you just gain all of the weight back because you go back to old habits. Just change a little at a time. Try having two "healthy meals" a week. Something as simple as having grilled food, instead of something fried.

Also, to lose weight you really need to do some type of exercise. Find something that you enjoy doing. You will be more likely to stick with it. Maybe walking, swimming, yoga, dance, aerobics. Just whatever you find interesting. If you bore easily you may want to try doing more than one thing. For instance, walking with friends on Monday and Wednesday, yoga on Tuesday and Thursday. The next week try dance on Mon. and wed. and aerobics or Tues. and Thurs.. You just have to find what works for you. The most important thing is to keep it fun and interesting. Take time and try some new things!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

If you are starting high school in Aug. and are on the cheerlieading squad, I doubt that you NEED to lose weight. But, here's what I did to lose a few pounds quickly. Oatmeal for breakfast, salad for lunch, salmon, brown rice, and any veggie for dinner. Fruit with each meal (and in between if you get hungry). Yoguart, fruit or granola bar for snacks and to ease sweet tooth. Some form of exercise, (I walked my dog). Drink water all day long and NOTHING after 6:00 p.m. If you try this, let me know if it works for you. Good Luck!

the best way 2 lose weight FAST is to eat smaller meals and try to skip snacks and desrts! exercise 30/5 days a week and get off the computer!

Just exercise and eat healthy. Don't eat junk food, don't drink soft drinks, and be conscious about what you eat. Don't starve yourself because as soon as you start eating again, you will gain so much weight. Have portion control, but don't stress too much. You are too young to be worrying about your weight. you need to be healthy. Too skinny is not a good thing.

SURGERY! But if you don't want to have surgery, go on a diet and exercise daily. DO NOT go on those crash diets when you don't eat at all! Keep your diet simple and don't eat after 6:00 p.m.! Exercise about 1-2 hours a day.

I SAY FAST FOR A FEW WEEKS N DRINK A LOT OF WATER...GO FOR A WALK N DONT PUSH URSELF OR ULL END UP IN A HOSPITAL...THAT WILL BE NO HELP AT ALL...EAT A LOT OF APPLES TOO...TO KEEP SOME OF UR ENERGY UP...N IF U DO FAST..DONT EAT A LOT WHEN U HIT UR MARK...JUST EAT A TINY BIT MORE THAT WHAT U BEEN MUNCHIN ON....AFTER FASTING UR STOMACH SHRINKS...N U COULD HURT UR STOMACH BY EATING A LOT....GOOD LUCK;)

turn dinner into a healthy lunch the next day by wrapping your lean leftovers in a whole wheat wrap add a little dijon mustard or curry powder for added flavor

hey girl, listen all you have to do is drink 3 glasses of skim milk a day, 8 glasses of water, eat light all day (fruits and nuts) with only one meal a day. Eat grapefruit and do sit ups!
